David N. Harger received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration in 1991 and his law degree in 1994, both from the University of Kansas. While in law school, David served a year as a Note and Comment Editor after spending a year on the staff of the Kansas Law Review.  David received the James P. Mize Trial Advocacy Award, which is presented to the top KU trial advocacy student. He is an active member of the McPherson, Kansas and American Bar Associations, the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. 

David regularly appears in both state and federal courts in Kansas handling a wide range of civil and criminal disputes, and his trial practice is primarily concentrated in civil, criminal defense, personal injury, insurance, commercial and financial litigation.
